PURPOSE:To easily and surely confirm depressing operation by providing visual display elements corresponding to each push-button and displaying the position of a depressed push-button for a specified time. CONSTITUTION:A dial circuit 1 is provided with plural push-buttons 11, and when these push-buttons 11 are depressed, a specified signal corresponding to each push-button 11 is outputted. A depressing detecting circuit 2 inputs the output signal of the dial circuit 1, and detects a push-button 11 is depressed and outputs a depressing detection signal, and at the same time, outputs a push-button discrimination signal that discriminates which push button 11 is depressed. A timer circuit 3 inputs the depressing detection signal, and outputs the pulse signal of specified pulse width. A display circuit 4 is provided with a display driving section 41 and plural visual display elements 42 provided at positions corresponding to push-buttons, and inputs a push-button discrimination signal and an output-pulse signal from the timer circuit 3 and displays the position of a depressed push-button for a time determined by the pulse width of the output pulse signal.
