PURPOSE:To omit the transmission line for clock signals and to reduce the cost with a servo equipment controller by transmitting both output and clock signals at the side of a control part after synthesizing them and extracting both signals out of the transmitted synthetic signal. CONSTITUTION:A signal synthesizing circuit 11 synthesizes the series digital signals converted by a parallel/serial converter 3 and the clock signals produced from a clock signal generator 4. Then a signal extracting circuit 12 extracts a desired signal out of those synthetic signals received from the circuit 11 via an electricity/light converter 5a, an optical fiber cable 6a and a light/electricity converter 9a. An extracting clock signal generator 13 produces the clock signal which is used by the circuit 12 for extraction of signals. The extracted signals are converted into parallel digital signals by a serial/parallel converter 8 and drive an equipment. The signal related to the actual drive of the equipment is fed back to a control part 1. Then the part 1 delivers a new command signal based on said fed-back signal.
