PURPOSE:To prevent generation of noise during abrupt restart of a hydraulic motor, by providing a bypass passage in parallel with a hydraulic motor, and by controlling the flow rate of the bypass passage with the use of a bypass valve. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic motor 17 rotated by hydraulic pressure is connected in series in a pipe line from a hydraulic pump 15 to a power cylinder in a PS device 16. A bypass passage A is formed in parallel with the hydraulic motor 17, connecting between the upstream and downstream sides of the motor 17 and bypassing the latter. Further, an electromagnetic proportional valve 27 is disposed as a flow control valve in the bypass passage A, for continuously controlling the flow passage area of the bypass passage A in accordance with an electrical signal from an electrically controlling means ECV30. |
