PURPOSE:To shorten the assembling time by providing a tilting unit which drives an inner race tilting unit and a cage tiling arm with the same driving source, in the moving direction of a workpiece rotating unit. CONSTITUTION:An inner race receiver and a cage tilting arm 41 are tilted simultaneously by one driving source of a tilting unit 30, to incline an inner race A3 and a ball cage A2 at defined angles respectively. Thereupon, the cage window of the ball cage A2 is outwardly exposed, and steel balls A5 are allowed to fall by their own weight from a ball feeding unit 46 into the exposed cage window. And, a workpiece rotating unit 13 is rotated with the inner race A3 and the ball cage AS2 in a tilted condition. Thereby, the cage windows of the ball cage A2 are exposed in order and, if a required number of steel balls A5 are kept stand-by in the ball feeding unit 46, the steel balls A5 can be inserted into the cage windows by their own weight one after another and assembled.
