PURPOSE:To aim at noise reduction at maximum cooling, reduction in watt consumption and uniformization in blowdown temperature, by installing each supply opening with a closing door, to be interconnected to an upper blowoff duct, in upper and lower cold air passages bypassing a heater core. CONSTITUTION:At a maximum cooling mode, both upper and lower heater bypass doors 6 and 7 are opened, and simultaneously upper and lower air-mix doors 8 and 9 close a heater core 4. And, a vent diff door 10 and a diff bypass door 11 are operated so as to cause vent supply openings 1e and 1f to be interconnected to an upper supply opening 1c. And, a floor door 12 closes a floor supply opening 1g. With this closure, cold air run past an evaporator 3 is blown to the inside of a car as in an arrow. With this constitution, ventilating resistance comes small, making a noise smaller as well, and watt consumption in a blower is reduced, thus blowdown temperature is uniformizable. |
