PURPOSE:To absorb and remove the vibration being transmitted to a cargo by providing suspenders for a cargo mounting base at at least three positions and supporting the upper end sections of said suspenders by means of supporting members. CONSTITUTION:Suspenders 4 are provided at at last three positions then a base 2 for mounting and securing a cargo 1 is engaged at the lower end engaging sections 3 so as to suspend said base 2. The upper end engaging sections 5 of said suspender 4 are supported by means of the supporting members 6 secured to a transporting machinery 7. In order to reduce the tilting moment functioning onto the cargo 1, the upper end engaging sections 5 are located at higher positions than the combined center of gravity 8 of the base 2 and the cargo 1. Consequently, even when back/forth and right/left vibrations and rockings are applied onto the transporting machinery 7, the cargo 1 does not tilt together with the transporting machinery 7 thereby the horizontal condition can be maintained well and a precise parts can be transported.
