PURPOSE:To make installability for a moving shoe ever so better, by installing a mechanism lifting the rear end side of a lid, and making a front end of the lid flush with a roof top face at the time of longitudinal movement of the moving shoe. CONSTITUTION:When a cable is driven from the fully closed state and a moving shoe 63 is moved rearward, a guide pin 59 is moved to a tilt-down guide part 61d, and with this movement, the rear end side of a lid 9 comes into such a tilt-down state as going down from an outer panel 5. At the time of this tilt- down, an engaging pin 35 is rotated, making a front arm 27 of a lifting arm 23 go down slightly. With this down movement, a front end 9a of the lid 9 comes to be almost flush with a roof top face 5a in consequence. Therefore, since the front end 9a of the lid 9 can be trued up by longitudinal movement of one moving shoe 63, it gets off with only one moving shoe, thus its assembly comes easy.
