NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I (R1 is nitro or tri fluoromethyl; R2 is lower alkyl; R3 is 6-membered heterocyclic ring group containing one nitrogen atom in the ring, the group may be replaced with O, halogen, haloalkyl, lower alkoxy or lower alkyl and further in the group, carbon monocyle which may be replaced with one or more of lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, halogen and haloalkyl may be condensed) and an acid addition salt thereof. EXAMPLE:2,6-Dimethyl-4-(2-trifluoromethylphenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3 ,5-dicar boxylic acid 3-(2-(4-chloro-6-methyl-3-quinolinecarboxy )ethyl ]ester-5-methyl ester shown by formula II. USE:A coronary vasodilator and a hypotensor. PREPARATION:A compound shown by formula III (X is halogen) is reacted with a compound shown by formula IV (M is alkyl metal). |
