发明名称 MOLDING METHOD FOR GLASS LENS
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the molding capacity of a glass lens and to attain the molding of the high-precision lens by successively presetting a lower temp. in a second pressurizing stage than the temp. of a first pressurizing stage. CONSTITUTION:A molding block is constituted by separating a mold from a molding device. The temp. of a heating stage S0 and the first pressurizing stage S1 is kept at the temp. T1 necessary for the molding of glass. The temp. of a third pressurizing stage S3 is kept at the finishing temp. T3 of pressurizing cooling, preferably at the glass transition temp. of a stock or under. The temp. of the second pressurizing stage S2 is preset at the suitable temp. T2 being intermediate temp. between T1 and T2. A block K to be molded is sent to the first pressurizing stage S1 from the heating stage S0 and molded and thereafter sent to second and third pressurization stages S2, S3 and cooled while being respectively pressurized. The unit time necessary for the molding can be shortened by such continuous molding and also a high-precision lens can be produced by by accurately transcribing the precision of the die on glass.
