PURPOSE:To favorably control the operation of a control valve by separately forming a pilot valve which is opened and closed by receiving the displacement of a bimetal and the control valve. CONSTITUTION:A high pressure side passage 103 and a low pressure side passage 107 are formed onto a housing 201, and a case 209 is press-fitted into the cylindrical space in the housing. A control valve 200 is arranged in reciprocative sliding ways in the case 209, and a bypass hole 217 is opened. A pilot passage 216 for releasing the pressure supplied from a control pressure chamber 215 is formed on a valve member 228, and the passage is opened and closed by the operation of the bimetal 24 of a pilot valve 300. With such constitution, the operation of the control calve can be controlled favourably even with the small shift of the bimetal.
