PURPOSE:To provide a single mooring device which may prevent hydraulic force and bumps of a moored floating body, and which has an excellent mooring spring characteristic, by installing all of main parts of the mooring device on the sea bottom, and by providing an underwater connecting rod, a weight for the same, a buoyancy tank, a mooring cable and the like. CONSTITUTION:An underwater rotary bed 8 is set on an underwater rotary bed base 7 firmly installed on the sea bottom, and is connected with an underwater connecting rod 9 by means of a hinge 10'. A weight 10 is attached to the free end of the underwater connecting rod 9 which are supported together with the weight 10 by means of an underwater connecting rod sling member 12 so that the underwater connecting rod 9 and the weight 10 are prevented from making contact with the sea bottom. A mooring cable A13 is connected to a small buoy 14 on the sea surface while a mooring cable B15 is connected between the small buoy 15 and a moored floating body 4. The above-mentioned small buoy B15 is adapted to be used for handling the mooring cable B15 in order to moor and release the moored floating body 4.
