PURPOSE:To reduce a load on a worker, and to perform an efficient and safe cargo work, by performing the control of one driving crane by voice control from plural workers at different places. CONSTITUTION:The sound signal of an operating direction command for a crane specified part from a mobile radio station 5A carried by a worker A at a cargo suspending position, is transmitted in a frequency f1, and is received by a fixed radio station 6A. At the fixed radio station 6A, voice patterns are compared at a speech recognizing device 15, and when recognized results coincide, a sound output signal is answered back to the worker A in a frequency f2 through a voice synthesizing device 16. The worker A inputs an operation command word at the time of obtaining coincidence between a synthetic output, and a command word, then drives a crane. And after completing the suspension of a carrying cargo 4, the worker A issues a sound command to change the command to a worker B, and the command is switched to the one from the worker B.
