PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of aging work while automating with a simple system by performing holding of an electron tube, connection of terminals and their dismantling with one operational driving system and according to a prescribed order. CONSTITUTION:Four sets of chuck members 62 of a carrier 61 hold each magnetron 1 and are moved above a substrate 2 followed by operating a rotary cam 63 to push a roller 12 and rotate and operation arm 9. Thereby, a driving lever 7 is rotated against a spring 11 to open a holding block 40 and a power supply pin 25 through a connecting arm 8 and a switch lever 6. Next, the members 62 are lowered to make the terminals 1b and 1c opposed to the power supply pin 25 while operating the cam 63 to return the arm 9 and the springs 37 and 27 hold the body 1a of the magnetron 1 between to press the terminals 1b and 1c to the pin 25. By this constitution. mounting and removing of the electron tube is automated to improve aging operation.
