<p>PURPOSE:To easily correct the signal delaying time of a switching circuit by using plural capacitors and a fusing circuit. CONSTITUTION:P<+> diffusing areas 1 and 3 are connected through an aperture part 12 to a power source wiring 10, N<+> diffusing areas 21, 23 and 27 are connected through the aperture part 12 to a ground wiring 11 and further, gate electrodes 5 and 25 are respectively connected to an input terminal A by a gate wiring 7. A P<+> diffusing area 2 and an N<+> diffusing area 22 are connected through the aperture part 12 to the common connecting point of gate electrodes 6 and 26 by a wiring 8 and through an aperture part 19 to fusing circuits 16-18 continuous to capacitors 13-15 for correcting a delaying time. A P+ diffusing area 4 and an N<+> diffusing area 24 are respectively connected through the aperture part 12 to an output wiring 9. Thus, for example, when a capacitor C1 is set to 0.1PF, C2 is set to 0.2PF and C3 is set to 0.3PF, the value up to 0.1-0.6PF can be selected by a 0.1PF unit.</p> |
