The leaves are flexible metallic rods 13 having, at each of their ends, a cylindrical bearing surface for their embedding, respectively in the plate 12 and the counter-mass 11, the central part of the rod arranged between the two cylindrical bearing surfaces 14, 15 having the form of a plane leaf 17, it being possible for the said rods to be oriented so as to vary the position of the plane central part in any intermediate position, between a position of minimum rigidity and maximum amplitude and a position of maximum rigidity and minimum amplitude.
