PURPOSE:To permit the easy assembly of an optical recording medium with high adhesive strength and adhering speed by adhering two sheets of transparent substrates formed with recording layers by electromagnetic induction heating using hot-melt adhesive agents of an electromagnetic induction type. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of the transparent substrates 3a, 3b are disposed to face each other in such a manner that the recording layers 2a, 2b are positioned on the inside to each other and that a hollow part 4 is provided between the other surfaces facing each other by two lines of inside and outside spacers 5a, 5b. The hot-melt adhesive agents 6a-6d of the electromagnetic induction type formed by adding magnetic material powder as a heat generating material to a hot-melt adhesive agent, uniformly dispersing and mixture the same and forming the mixture to a sheet are respectively coated and interposed between the transparent substrates 3a, 3b and the spacers 5a, 5b. After the assembly is set to the electromagnetic induction heater disposed on the outside, high-frequency current is passed to oscillation coils 7a-7d of the electromagnetic function heater to generate magnetic lines of force and to heat the magnetic material powder in the electromagnetic induction type hot-melt adhesive agents 6a-6d by which the optical recording medium 1 is assembled. |
