The subject of the invention is a method for air conditioning computer rooms with dual atmospheric control and air distribution comprising: a cooling system applied to the conditioning of the air, composed of high-efficiency filters for the air and cooling arrays; heating arrays; fans and an adjustment valve for the air mixture, which is delivered by means of a false floor, the temperature of the air supplied being monitored in the false floor itself; which method is characterised in that it comprises control of the temperature and relative humidity of the output air from the conditioner exercised directly in the false floor with the aid of sensors arranged in a suitable way, with a limiting thermostat on the air return in order to prevent the temperature of the room falling excessively during periods when the computer is stopped and control of the temperature and relative humidity of the room by means of sensors placed directly in this room or in the air return, which act on an auxiliary mixer apparatus.
