PURPOSE:To quickly and exactly discharge a waste material by a simple structure, by taking out the waste material by a belt conveyor which can move upward and downward. CONSTITUTION:When working of a circuit pattern is ended, and the upper metallic die ascends, a roller 32 and 34 are moved to a detaining position, and a waste material 54 on a belt conveyor 16 is inserted and held. Subsequently, when an air cylinder 12 operates, and the conveyor 16 is moved upward, the waste material 54 inserted and held by the roller 32 and 34 on the conveyor 16 also ascends together, and fitting of a positioning pin 11a and 11b of a standard hole is released. Next, a motor rotates and the waste material 54 is transferred by the conveyor 16, and discharged. In this way, the waste material is discharged exactly and quickly.
