PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. having excellent heat resistance, by molding a compsn. consisting of a polyethylene terephthalate resin, a nucleating agent, a crystallization accelerator and a parting agent. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. polyethylene terephthalate resin (A) having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.4-1.4 is blended with 0.05-3pts.wt. nucleating agent (B) (e.g., sodium benzoate), 0.01-5pts.wt. crystallization accelerator (C) (e.g., diphenyl ether) and a parting agent (D) (e.g., synthetic paraffin) to obtain a compsn. The compsn. is molded into a tubular product by a pipe extrusion process and passed through either an air oven at 200 deg.C, or a vacuum forming die at 170 deg.C to crystallize it to a degree of crystallization of not lower than 10%.
