PURPOSE:To produce a program in two dimensional description to any type of the programming language by setting a special input punctuation character for each programming language and coding two dimensionally a program including the exclusive control such as the conditional branch, etc. to convert it by a pre-processing program for program source. CONSTITUTION:A program list is coded by a C language and includes the conditional branch of a style 'if - then ... else ...'. The conditional part (if -) is described in a single line on the program list. While two result parts (then ...) and (else ...) are divided by (alpha) as an input punctuation character 1 and described over plural lines. Based on the processing result of a pre-processing program for program source, the program list described by a two dimensional description system is converted into two one of the conventional one dimensional description system. A code 10 shows an area where the 2nd zone part so far controlled vertically by the character 1 in the program list is converted and moved.
