PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for executing an insulating sheathing to the side surface of a ferrite core, and to ensure magnetic shielding properties by forming a through-hole to the columnar ferrite core and fixing a spiral conductor onto the inner wall of the through-hole. CONSTITUTION:A circular through-hole 6 is shaped to an end surface from an end surface in a columnar ferrite core 5, and a spiral conductor 7 is fastened onto the inner wall of the through-hole 6. An external electrode 8a is connected electrically at one end section of the conductor 7 and an external electrode 8b at the other end section of the conductor 7 respectively. A method, etc. in which a groove is shaped to a section, where the conductor 7 must be fixed, in the in ner wall of the through-hole 6, a conductive substance such as copper is fastened onto the whole surface of the inner wall of the through-hole 6 through a method, such as plating, evaporation, paste baking, etc., the conductive substance fixed to sections except the groove is polished and peeled and only the conductor 7 is left can be adopted as a method in which the spiral conductor 7 is fixed onto the inner wall of the through-hole 6.
