Device to protect against interference signals, intended for an electric circuit (13) and particularly suited for integration and especially to provide protection against pulsed interference at the inputs of integrated electrical circuits. For this purpose, a signal input (1) is provided which leads to an emitter follower (4). The voltage drop of the emitter follower (4) is compensated by a diode (8) which is connected to an input of the circuit via a capacitor (10) connected to a supply voltage line. In the event of sudden interference signals either the emitter follower (4) or the diode (8) is closed. Next, the capacitor is charged by a charging current source or discharged by an emitter current source (7) so that a steadily rising or falling voltage is obtained at the capacitor (10) until a balance in potential is reached between the signal input (1) and capacitor (10). |
