PURPOSE:To provide the title lubricant having excellent performance as a sliding surface oil and a cutting and grinding oil, which comprises a particular reaction product, a lubricating oil, and an emulsifying agent. CONSTITUTION:1mol of 16-24C long-chain dibasic acid of formulae I, II, etc. is reacted with 0.5-10mol of a piperazine compd. of formula III (wherein R<1>-R<8> are each H, a hydrocarbon group, a hydroxyl group, a halogen, or an amino- substituted hydrocarbon group; and X is H, a hydrocarbon group, a hydroxyl group, or a hydrocarbon group substituted with amino, halogen, alkoxy, or the like) at room temp. - 200 deg.C for 5-120min to obtain a reaction produce (B). A lubricating oil (A) is blended with 2-60wt% component B, 3-30wt% emulsifying agent (C) (e.g., naphthenic acid soap) and, if necessary, 0-30wt% extreme-pressure agent and/or oleaginous matter (D) (e.g., sulfurized lard). |
