PURPOSE:To obtain a stable color print, by storing the data of two lines on a sampling memory within one frame period, simultaneously transferring the data of two lines to two pairs of print memories, and taking synchronization of the fetch of a video signal with a print. CONSTITUTION:To convert a signal being scanned on a television screen by interlacing to the signal for color print, it is converted by every field and every line, then being binay-coded, and it is processed as a line data, and is fetched to a printer mechanism. The data stored in a sampling memory 7 is transferred to two pairs of memories 8 and 9 for the print, and the data is read out from the two pairs of memories alternately to a data and address controller 10, then being data-processed, and it is sent to a print head 11, and a color print is performed. In such way, the stable color print can be obtained.
