PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive composition which can be converted into a heat-resistant polymer compound by heating, by mixing a polymer having specified repeating units containing a methacryloxy group with a polymer having specified repeating units containing an acryloxy group and a photopolymerization initiator. CONSTITUTION:A photopolymerizable resin composition comprising 5.9-94wt% polymer having repeating units of formula I and a viscosity number of 15-50, 5.9-94wt% polymer having repeating units of formula II and a viscosity number of 2-20 and 0.1-30wt% photopolymerization initiator. In the formulas, X is a (2+n)-valent carbocyclic or heterocyclic group, Y is a (2+m)-valent carboxyclic or heterocyclic group, Z is a group of any one of formulas III-V, R1 is a group containing a methacryloxy group, R2 is a group containing an acryloxy group, W is a group which, when heated, can react with the carbonyl group of the -COOR1 or the -COOR2 to form a ring, n is 1 or 2, m is 0, 1 or 2, and each of COOR1 and COOR2 is ortho or peri to Z. |
