PURPOSE:To improve conveying efficiency, by a method wherein the starting time of conveyance is determined based on a molding time and a distance between a conveyance commanding position and a molder when a plurality of conveyance requirements competes with each other under a carry-in process to a temporary storing place while the starting time is determined in the same manner under a carry-out process also. CONSTITUTION:When the molding time of a molder Ai is represented by (ai) min, the number of loading of a palette is shown by N, the running time of a carriage 8 from a mold convey commanding position to the same molder Ai is shown by (bi) min and a time when the loading of a green tire onto the palette by a loading crane 3 is finished is shown by a demanding time M, the latest starting time T of the carriage 8 is operated by a formula; T=M+(ai)XN-(bi) when a signal is inputted into a computer from the molder Ai at the demanding time. The latest starting time T of the carriage 8 is operated based on respective signals transmitted out of a plurality of molders and the carriage is arranged sequentially to the molder, whose starting time is the earliest. When the laoding of the green tire to the palette is finished in respective molders, the carriage 8 transfers an empty palette to the loaded palette simultaneously with the loading onto the palette. Control method, described above, maybe utilized for the case of conveying at vulcanizing side. |
