PURPOSE:To prevent granules from scattering around, by feeding a granule container, a screw conveyor, a collecting hopper on a vehicle and a sealing pipe line for a receiving hopper or the like at a delivery spot with nitrogen from a nitrogen supply source at the delivery spot. CONSTITUTION:A sealing pipe line 10 is installed in granule containers 7 and 7, a collecting hopper 9 and a closed type screw conveyor 8 all mounted on a vehicle 6. Likewise, a sealing pipe line 12 is also installed in closed type screw conveyors 11A and 11B and a receiving hopper 1 at a delivery spot of granules. Before the vehicle 6 arrives at the delivery spot and the granules are transferred, these sealing pipe lines 10 and 12 are connected to each other with connectors 24 and 25, and nitrogen is fed to these sealing pipe lines 10 and 12 from a nitrogen supply source N2, thus sealing takes place with nitrogen. With this constitution, the granules are in no case touched to air as being scat tered, and harmful gas is prevented from occurring, thus safety for operation is well promoted.
