PURPOSE:To obtain a stable image scarcely rocking a picture at the time of still photographing, by controlling a device so as to coincide the respective angle of a lens barrel part, and a supporting body with an inertial coordinate smoothly, and to make the lens barrel part follow properly to the supporting body at the time of mobile photographing. CONSTITUTION:The photographing whether it is the still photographing, or a pan photographing is decided by a digital signal (p) equivalent to a relative angle theta mo between a lens barrel part 1, and a supporting body 3, and a digital signal (q) equivalent to an angular velocity omegam recognized by the inertial coordinate of the lens barrel part 1. When it is discriminated as the pan photographing, the output signal (c) of a relative angle detection circuit 11, the output signal (d) of an angular velocity detection circuit, a result obtained by the integration arithmetic calculation of the output signal (c) of the relative angle detection circuit 11, and an angular velocity command obtained from the output signal (c) of the relative angle detection circuit 11, are added by the second prescribed gain, respectively, and a signal (e) which becomes a command input to a driving circuit 16 is generated so as to make the lens barrel part 1 follow to the supporting body 3 smoothly.
