PURPOSE:To obtain a stable image scarcely rocking a picture shaking, by controlling a lens barrel part using an inertial coordinate at the time of still photographing, and coinciding angular velocity with the angular velocity of a supporting body smoothly at the time of mobile photographing. CONSTITUTION:At the time of discriminating photographing as the still photographing by a photographing mode discriminating means 13, the output signal (c) of a relative angle detection circuit 11, and the output signal (d) of an anglular velocity detection circuit 12 are added by the first prescribed gain, respectively, and when the photographing mode discriminating means 13 decides the photographing as a pan photographing, the output signal (c) of the relative angle detection circuit 11, the output signal (d) of the angular velocity detection circuit, and an angular velocity command obtained from the output signal (c) of the relative angle detection circuit 11, are added by the second prescribed gain, respectively, and an arithmetic result is outputted as a signal (e). The output signal (e) of a control arithmetic means 14 is inputted to a driving circuit 16, and a voltage signal (or a current signal) (f) in proportion to the signal (e) is supplied to the coils 204a and 204b of an actuator 5.
