PURPOSE:To surely obtain an electrical connection between substrates, by sandwiching a sensor substrate between a support plate, and a driving circuit substrate, and interposing a connecting member between the pattern electrode of the sensor substrate, and that of the circuit substrate. CONSTITUTION:On an opposing plane at a glass substrate 31 side on which the photodetector array 12 of a sensor driving circuit printed board 33, a pattern electrode 33A is formed so as to correspond to a pattern electrode 12 on the glass substrate 31, and after an interconnector 34 is fitted in the window 32A of the pattern electrode 12A, an engaging end part 33C, and an engaging notch part 33D of the board 33 are mounted, keeping a pressed state so that the printed board 33 is overlapped on the rubber frame 32 of the glass substrate 31 positioned at a mounting plate 23, and they are connected to the connecting claws 23C and 23D of the support plate 23, respectively.
