Fitting arms (2, 102) are fastened to fitting leaves (1, 101) by means of a pivoting pin (3, 103). The arms carry a pivoting pin (4, 104) which is introduced slideably into a groove (105, 5), and they are fastened to one another by means of a pivoting pin located between the other pivoting pins. Each arm is provided, about one of the pins, with a segment (8, 108), against which a brake shoe (9, 109) is pressed by means of a small brake pad (10, 110).
