A description is given of a device for the releasable connection of a pram/push-chair body to a pram/push-chair frame, which device has a sprung locking member (22), an actuating element (34) which can be adjusted between two positions, and a recess (28) for receiving a latching element. In the first position of the actuating element (34) the locking member (22) adopts the locking position and in the second position adopts the release position. After an actuation the actuating element (34) is fastened in its second position by means of the locking member (22), the locking member (22) adopting an intermediate position between the locking and the release positions. By removing the latching element (14) from the recess (28) the locking member (22) is adjusted from the intermediate position into the release position, in which the actuating element (34) is released from its fastening and is reset into the first position by means of a spring element (54). At the same time, a spring (56) causes the locking member (22) to be adjusted from the release position into the locking position.
