PURPOSE:To improve a power factor and lower a drive power capacity by making a saturation magnetic flux density of inductor tooth lower than a residual magnetic flux density of permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:A stator 1 is composed of a toothed yoke 11 serving both as an inductor tooth and a yoke and a non-magnetic material substrate 12 supporting said yoke. A movable element 2 is composed of an electromagnet consisting of a coil 22 wound around a central leg of an E-shaped core 21 and permanent magnets 23a-23c fastened by sticking to a surface opposed to the stator 1 via a gap. If a height of the toothed yoke 11 is set low or a material for the toothed yoke 11 such as soft ferrite having a low saturation magnetic flux density is used, a saturation of magnetic flux will occur quickly.
