PURPOSE:To prevent the strong contact of a worm with the sleeve of a cylinder due to the vibration or deflection of the worm, by a method wherein, both ends of the shaft of the worm are supported by bearings inside or outside of the sleeve and the rear end of the worm is formed so as to be a sealed screw. CONSTITUTION:The fore end 4a and the rear end 4b of a worm 4 are supported by bearings 5a, 5b such as roller bearings or the like, inside or outside of the sleeve 2. A sealed screw 4c is formed at the rear part of the worm 4 while a pressurizing and extruding worm 4e with a larger lead is formed in the worm 4 before the sealed screw 4c to increase the pressurizing and extruding effect for rubber. The sleeve 2 of the cylinder, which is near the fore end of the sealed screw 4c, is provided with the discharging port 6 of the rubber. The rubber is sent into a drier and is moved toward the discharging port 6 while repeating compression, kneading and heating by the worm 4, thereafter, is injected through the dice 8 of a cylinder cutter 9 and is sliced to fine pieces by the cutter 10 of the cylinder. |
