PURPOSE:To economically manufacture the sintered body of a complicated shape which cannot be manufactured with a single die by dividing a shape body in plural parts and after joining the green body of each part with the use of a current sintering by removing the binder. CONSTITUTION:An uniform material is made by kneading a conductive metal powder and binder, and the conductive green bodies 1, 3 in the shape regulated by a die is made by the injection molding of the material. The current having enough capacity and durability for melting the binder at the contact point of the green body 1 and 3 is made to flow to 3 via a projecting part 5 from the green body 1 and via lead wires 11 and 13 from a power source 7. The mixing of the metal particle crossing the interface of both green bodies caused in some degrees and as a result both green bodies are physically fitted. The binder is thereafter removed, a complicated shaped product green body is sintered and the final metal product is made. |
