PURPOSE:To smoothly carry out a mixing process without clogging in a mixing path by reforming each of a mixing tank and a rotary mixing body of the continuous mixer used for the materials of liquid, powder, granules, etc., to form a bulged shape at the middle part. CONSTITUTION:The mixing tank 1 is formed in a bulged shape at the middle part by an upper inclined trunk surface 11 and a lower inclined trunk surface 12, and the rotary mixing body 2 of inner part is also formed in a bulged shape in its middle part by an upper inclined rotary surface 21 and a lower inclined rotary surface 22, and an angle between the upper inclined rotary surface 21 and a lower inclined rotary surface 22 is made to be an obtuse angle. By this construction, mixing materials are scattered to the inner surface of the upper inclined trunk surface 11 and then smoothly curved to enter the lower inclined trunk surface 12, and clogging in the outer peripheral wall is eliminated. |
