PURPOSE:The titled pharmaceutical, containing a pyridylalkyl N-(2,3-xylyl) anthranilate derivative, capable of exhibiting improved percutaneous absorbability and anti-inflammatory action without causing denaturation, irritation, etc., of the skin. CONSTITUTION:A liposome pharmaceutical obtained by blending liposome produced by using a complex phospholipid with a compound expressed by the formula (R is 1-3C alkyl) substituted by pyridine) or salt thereof, e.g. 2- pyridylmethyl N-(2,3-xylyl)anthranilate. 0.001-20wt% compound expressed by the formula is preferably blended in the pharmaceutical and 0.002-40wt% complex phospholipid is preferably present in order to stably embed the drug in the above-mentioned amount in liposome. 0.001-20wt% sterol is preferably present for stabilizing the liposome pharmaceutical. |
