PURPOSE:A healthy food hindering fat decomposing action of caffeine, containing adlay essence as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:Dried fruit body of raw adlay is fed to a threshing machine to remove periderm, decocted and extracted with an essence extracting machine to give adlay essence. Then, the adlay essence is mixed with a food excipient and other compounding materials in order to give about 1g/adult/day intake amount and processed into a food shape such as powder, tablet, capsule, granule, etc. |
