PURPOSE:To make the piercing with a flat part of a pipe stock efficient by pinching the pipe stock inserted into the horizontal projecting die of the above of the lower die frame receiver with the descent of the stripper insert energized by the upper die spring and performing the piercing and flat part forming with the descent of a punch. CONSTITUTION:A pipe stock 12 is inserted into the horizontal projecting die 15 of the above of the work receiver 17 of the above of the lower die plate 1. With the descent of the upper die plate 3 the stripper insert 9 of the stopper 8 energized by a spring 10 is descended to pinch the pipe stock 12. With the descent of the upper die plate 3 the stripper insert 9 presses the pipe stock 12, forming a flat part on the surface and piercing a hole with the descent of plural punches 6. The piercing with the flat part of the pipe stock 12 is made highly efficient by simultaneously performing the flat part forming and piercing.
