<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the wiping performance by furnishing a washer nozzle with a direction changing means to adjust the injection direction of the washer liquid, and thereby adjusting the liquid injected position onto a glass surface as desired. CONSTITUTION:In front of a windshield glass 2 a washer nozzle 3 is mounted on a casing 5 which is fixed to a car body 1 through a spherical seat 4. Here the casing 5 is equipped with a displacement adjusting mechanism 6 for washer nozzle 3, wherein the mechanism includes a plurality of motors 11, 12. One of the ends of each spiral shaft 9, 10 is pivoted at the washer nozzle 3 through spherical seats 9a, 10a in the position below the casing 5 and on either side, right or left. Torque of each motor 11, 12 is transmitted to these spiral shafts 9, 10 through transmitting means 13-16. At this time, the motors 11, 12 are rotated in the regular and reverse direction selectively with a selector switch, and the washer nozzle 3 is swung up and down or to the left and right with the spherical seat 4 as fulcrum.</p> |
