PURPOSE:To facilitate the new construction of a yacht harbor and give flexibility to the facility position by flooding with water part of the hold of a ship moored offshore and providing a mooring pier to constitute the yacht harbor and providing a gateway on the shell of a hull. CONSTITUTION:As a harbor facility 1, part of the hull bottom section of a ship moored at the required position by a mooring cable floated on the sea is removed and flooded with sea water, and a mooring pier is provided. Thereby, a yacht harbor 5 where boats 4 such as yachts and motor boats can be moored is provided, and a gateway 6 for the entry/exit of the boats to this yacht harbor 5 is provided on the shell (side wall) of a hull. Accordingly, the offshore mooring custory facilitating the entry/exit of boats such as yachts can be attained, and the yacht harbor can be newly constructed relatively easily because a disused ship can be modified and used. In addition, the installation position can be easily selected by movement.
