PURPOSE:To efficiently eliminate a flux residue which has adhered to a claw, and to improve the quality and the operability by bringing the claw for holding a plate to be soldered, to ultrasonic washing by a washing tank which has been provided on the lower side of a moving path of the claw. CONSTITUTION:When a holder 72 from which a printed board has been removed is carried into a claw washing device, a claw 77 pushes down a rectifying brush 29 and goes into a washing tank 28. An ultrasonic wave is made to work on the claw 77 through a washing liquid in the washing tank 28 from an ultrasonic diaphragm 33 which has been driven by an ultrasonic wave oscillator, and a flux residue which has adhered to the claw is eliminated. According to a device of this constitution, the residue which has adhered to the claw can be eliminated entirely.
