PURPOSE:To exactly execute soldering to a cutting plane by holding plural works whose foot parts have been connected, by a head part, cutting the lower connecting part, and subsequently, carrying the work by a conveyor, and soldering the foot part of the work. CONSTITUTION:A head part H of a work W is inserted and held by a pair of work holding parts 46 of a holder 41. By a push cutting edge 63 which has been advanced by a cylinder 66, and a holding plate 68, the lower end connecting part of a foot part L is cut. The holder 41 for inserting and holding the work is carried to a fluxer, and a solder tank by a conveyor 21, soldering of the foot part L is executed, and also, the subsequent finish working is executed. According to a device of this constitution, a product having a good quality can be obtained.
