PURPOSE:To artificially form a rainbow by a simple constitution, by providing a linear lens on a light emitting end of a photoconductor cable, and bringing parallel rays from the lens to spectrum by a prism. CONSTITUTION:A linear lens 2 for converting a light beam of a light source to parallel rays is placed so as to be opposed to a light emitting end of a photoconductor cable 1 for transmitting a visible light beam. In this state, parallel rays from the lens 2 are brought to spectrum by plural pieces of prisms 3. Accordingly, a light beam from the prism 3 becomes a light beam whose upper side and lower side are a red component of a long wavelength and a blue component of a short wavelength, respectively, and a rainbow is formed. By combining this rainbow with a tree, a fountain, etc., p;aced in a lobby of a hotel and a building, the scene is further enjoyed, and the atmosphere can be improved.
