PURPOSE:To provide the titled steel sheet having excellent film adhesiveness in the working stage by providing a film layer essentially consisting of a composite or mixed material composed of an urethane resin and silicon dioxide on a zinc plating layer provided on the steel sheet. CONSTITUTION:The film layer essentially consisting of the composite or mixed material composed of the urethane resin and silicon dioxide is provided on the zinc plating layer provided on the steel sheet. The above-mentioned urethane resin refers to the reaction product of an org. polyisocyanate (e.g., tolylenediisocyanate) and polyhydric hydroxy compd. (e.g., polyalkylene glycol) and polyvalent amino compd. (e.g., methylene orthochloroaniline). The rust prevented steel sheet obtd. in such a manner has excellent film adhesiveness in the working stage.
