PURPOSE:To provide the improvement of the joint strength between porcelain and metal, etc., by investing a pattern preliminarily mounted with a porcelain molding by a molding material, then pouring a molten metal into the cavity formed by removing the casting pattern from the investing body. CONSTITUTION:The porcelain is preliminarily worked and molded by an atmospheric pressure sintering method, etc., to form the porcelain molding. The investing body of the porcelain-mounted casting pattern is fashioned by using the molding material. The casting pattern member for a metallic member is removed from the investing body to form the cavity. The cavity can be easily formed only by the heating of wax using a lost wax method, etc., in this stage. The desired molten metal is poured into the cavity and is cooled to solidify, by which the porcelain and the metal is joined. The molding material is removed. Since the influence of a heat cycle is eliminated by such method, the joint strength of the porcelain and the metal is improved and since the need for an intricate calcination stage is eliminated, the production cost is reduced.
