PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled case body whose outside surface is smooth at a low cost by fitting and sticking an inside bent connecting edge and a prescribed size extruding side wall material having an opening edge of a case body, to an outside round column aggregate with a joint by a hook edge, and caulking and sticking a bottom plate or a top plate to the connecting edge. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a case body 1, a jecting edge 9 for inserting and holding which has been bent to the inside and a connecting edge 8a having a hook edge 15 are provided on one side, and on the other side, a side wall material 3 is formed by cutting an aluminum extruding material of a prescribed width having an opening edge 8 with a hook edge 18, to a prescribed length. As for a cover 2, there is no opening edge 7. A column aggregate 13 is formed by bringing an outside round aluminum extruding material having a connecting plate piece 14, to cutting work to a prescribed length. The connecting plate piece 14 is pushed into the hook edge 15 of the side wall material 3, and fitted and stuck. Also, a top plate 5 or a bottom plate 4 of a prescribed size is put into the connecting edge 8a, and caulked and stuck by bending the projecting edge a for inserting and holding. In this way, the case bodies whose outside surface is smooth, beautiful and strong can be manufactured at a low cost by a simple assembling process. In this regard, in the case of a deep case body 1, a joint member 10 having fitting edges 11, 12 on both side is fitted and fixed with a clip 21.
