PURPOSE:To obtain the loose coil having the necessary gap by giving a radius of curvature to a thin plate with two receiving roll and one axial roll and gradually increasing the radius of curvature according to the winding amount of a recoiler. CONSTITUTION:A tight coil 12 is set up on an uncoiler 10 to deliver a thin plate 16 by a driving roll 14. It is then fed between the receiving roll 18 of the upper stream side and the receiving roll 20 of the downstream side, and axial roll 22. The thin plate 16 is then bend in the prescribed radius of curvature, guided by plural guide rollers 28 and wound on a coiler 26. In this case, the axial roll 22 moves in the arrow mark direction gradually according to the winding amount to the thin plate 16, increasing the radius of curvature. Owing to the radius of curvature of the thin plate 16 to be wound later becoming larger than that of the thin plate 16 wound previously the prescribed gap is formed between the both.
