PURPOSE:To eliminate a power loss when a load is brought down, by placing a pilot check valve to be opened by the pressure of oil in a load holding line when the load is brought down. CONSTITUTION:A pilot signal line C of a pilot check valve 4 is connected with a load holding line B through a pilot selector valve 12, and the pilot selector valve 12 is switched interlocking to a control valve 1. In this way, when a load is brought down, a hydraulic circuit, in which the pressure of oil in the load holding line B can place the pilot check valve 4 to be opened by switching the pilot selector valve 12 and connecting the pilot signal line C with the load holding line B, enables the pilot check valve 4 to perform its opening action for the load whatever kind it may be, and a power loss is eliminated when the load is brought down.
