PURPOSE:The titled conditioner having improved blotting preventing properties, alkali sealing properties, adhesivity to top coating compound, etc., comprising acrylic polymer emulsion which is stabilized with protective colloid of PVA type having <=specific polymerization degree and has specific particle diameter as a main component. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition which is stabilized with protective colloid of PVA type (preferably acetoacetylated PVA) having <=500 average polymerization degree and has 20-100nm average particle diameter as a main component. An acrylic polymer emulsion obtained by subjecting a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer containing 1-12C alkyl group and optionally a copo lymerizable monomer to emulsion polymerization is preferable as the acrylic polymer emulsion.
